Little Blue Fish Ltd provides services to you subject to the conditions shown below. If you visit or shop at DiamondLove Collections you accept the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Little Blue Fish Ltd website. By using the Little Blue Fish Ltd website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future Little Blue Fish Ltd services, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or if you are not at least 18 years old, that you have the authority/consent of your parent or guardian to do so.

Read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website as your use of the   website will signify your agreement to be bound by them.

General
Little Blue Fish Ltd reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without warning. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website

The images displayed on the website may not show the actual size of the products. All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only.

Little Blue Fish Ltd attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Little Blue Fish Ltd cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions in the site and reserve the right to modify and correct errors at any time. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. If a product offered by Little Blue Fish Ltd  is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it within 14 (fourteen) days in an unused condition. Unused means; not worn or used and returned in all relevant packaging, with full corresponding paperwork.

Items returned to our office with incorrect packaging and are shipped beyond the 14-day return period, will not be eligible for refunds.

We take every precaution to ensure that the diamonds we set in our rings are secure and will not fall out, however this does no warrant against times that they maybe dislodged due to rough handling and routine usage due to customer wear. We therefore, recommend you to fully insure your diamond rings since loss of diamonds is not covered under our guarantees.

At Little Blue Fish Ltd, we only purchase diamonds through the most respected suppliers who, like us are proud of and enforce their standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

Electronic Communications
When you visit DiamondLove Collections or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Delivery charges where applicable and estimated timescales are specified at time of order. All deliveries are made using a secure signed for service. See Delivery for costs.

For pendants, earrings, wristwear and accessories, dispatch times are generally withing three working days when in stock, no orders can be placed on an 'out of stock' product. You can request a notification for when the item is back in stock.

All rings general delivery time is 6 weeks from placement of order.

Risk of loss and damage of all products passes from Little Blue Fish Ltd on the date the product is signed for.

Returns
Please review our Returns Policy which applies to products purchased from us.

Ring Purchases - IMPORTANT
Before purchasing any Little Blue Fish Ltd ring, it important that you understand that each ring is individually hand made to order and it is specific to you. Once an order is placed and money received you have 24hrs in which to cancel your order otherwise it will be processed. Once processed our rings cannot be returned except where your ring has been received damaged or faulty and then it is for a repair or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that if your ring size does not appear on the drop down list, you will need to contact us so that we can confirm if the particular style you are requesting can be made in your specific size.  A ring size outside of our standard offering may increase in price slightly as the ring may be heavier than those listed in our offering.

Sizing
Little Blue Fish Ltd does not provide a resizing service. When ordering a ring we highly recommend that you follow the key steps outlined in Ring Size Guide to ensure you order the correct size. Little Blue Fish Ltd have no control over the information you provide us. Should the information you provide be incorrect then your only remedy is to have the ring resized. Little Blue Fish Ltd does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third party.

Pricing
We do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices, however if the products correct price is higher than our stated price, we will  advise you of the correct price, you will be given the option of either reconfirming your order or cancelling. We will refund in full any cancelled orders should this happen.

 Full payment for all products is required before an order can be placed.

All UK prices include VAT at the applicable current rate, unless expressly stated.

Prices in the USA are shown less the applicable sales tax, this is shown on checkout.

Prices for the USA are not generated from our UK prices.  They are a reflection of the cost to supply this service to the USA.

If you are purchasing from Europe:  Transactions are carried out in pound sterling and you will be charged in pound sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address.

If you are purchasing from the USA: Transactions are carried out in US Dollars and you will be charged in US Dollars.   Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address.

If you are purchasing from Australia:  Transactions are carried out in US Dollars and you will be charged in US Dollars which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address.

Payment
Little Blue fish Ltd accept payment only by the credit and debit cards advertised on this website. We do not accept cash, banker's draft or cheque payment. We use SagePay to collect/process transaction information you can view their security policy on http://www.sagepay.com/securitypolicy  . Little Blue Fish Ltd has no access to your financial information. SagePay uses a securing server encryption system; the security of the connection will be confirmed by the presence of the padlock icon.

Title to any goods you order on this website shall pass to you upon delivery.

Comparison buying
To keep our prices competitive, we do not allow comparison buying. This is the act of buying several items, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes complicated restocking and inventory overheads all of which are costly Also read our terms about ring purchases.

Liability
We make every effort to dispatch goods within the estimated timescale, but in an event where we cannot deliver the products due to some unforeseen events, in such a case we shall strive to contact you in order to advise you of a new delivery time. Little Blue Fish Ltd does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the order confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of failure of timely delivery.

Little Blue Fish Ltd does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third party.

You must observe and comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website. The importation or exportation of the products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the products you purchase.

If Little Blue Fish Ltd, becomes liable to the Buyer for any reason, their liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the Order concerned.
