All merchandise sold by Little Blue Fish Ltd is guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and quality inspected.

We have worked hard on photos and descriptions to make them as clear and accurate as possible. However, as colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser, real diamonds and gemstones vary with every item we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. The measurements provided are as accurate as possible.
 
All jewellery items other than rings
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them ‘New and Unused’ within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or complete refund. Due to Health and Safety laws, we cannot accept the return of Earrings unless the goods received by you are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Rings
Before purchasing any Little Blue Fish Ltd ring, it important that you understand that each ring is individually hand made to order and it is specific to you. Once an order is placed and money received you have 24hrs in which to cancel your order otherwise it will be processed. Once processed our rings cannot be returned except where your ring has been received damaged or faulty and then it is for a repair or replacement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By new and unused condition we mean, in its original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full refund. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product and that the product must not be altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been worn and or used.
 
Personalised and bespoke goods are non-returnable unless goods are faulty.
 
Do not forget to include your name, address, order number, telephone number and email address and whether you require a refund or an exchange. Failure to include these details will result in us not been able to process your return.

Postage costs on the original order, where applicable as well as the return postage cannot be refunded, unless the items are manufacturer faulty or in-transit damaged.
 
We insist when returning goods to us that you use the same ‘signed for’ postal service with the relevant insurance cover we used when delivering your goods to you, this is for your own proof of return/delivery.
 
Damaged Goods
If your item/s arrive damaged or faulty please e-mail us within 24 hours, with your original order confirmation e-mail. Little Blue Fish Ltd will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
